Q You will be required to collect the following numbers and ratios that are required in the final financial report found within BSG. • Gross Revenue • Net Revenue • Operating Profit • Interest Coverage Ratio • Debt to Assets Ratio • Default Risk Ratio • Current Ratio • Operating Profit Margin • Net Profit Margin • Dividend Payout These numbers/ratios can all be found in the reports or simply calculated. The following list will be what is expected in the final report, do not add extra material that is not requested. 1. A summary of what your team’s particular strategy was and why it was chosen. 2. An individual chart for each of the above ratios/numbers listed above for each year (all 10 rounds), with a trend line, numbers indicated at each point on the trend line, and the chart should be properly titled and labeled. 3. An explanation and definition of each of the above ratios/numbers listed above as to their definition and what is considered good performance. This means there will be an indication for a ratio as to what is considered good versus what is bad. For a number, it may take you comparing it to a real shoe brand to know if it is acceptable. CITE things properly and DO NOT just cut and paste a definition, explain it in YOUR words and support it with a proper citation. 4. Under each chart add an explanation as to why any valleys or peaks occurred, in your opinion. For example, you should be able to justify what made gross profit soar or tank. 5. Properly format your work so that everything is uniform. Check spelling. You do not necessarily need an index, but it may help. 6. Add a paragraph comparing the 2 simulations used in this course. Explain which you think had more value and what the highlights were for your team in each. Also, comment on what seemed to be the biggest struggle. 7. If you are totally unsure you may ask questions, but I will not pre-grade any of your work. THIS IS DUE BY DECEMBER 9TH AT MIDNIGHT! NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
